I order a bike and they said 3-9 business days. After 4 days, they texted me telling my bike is not in stock (website said yes). They offered a different colour. 1 week later I contacted them asking how It is going, and they answer offering me a refund because the bike is not available and they dont know when they can send me. Very dissapointed. Dont trust them people please!!

The bikes breaks sounds like a horn. After sending a email and message also there hasn’t been any reply to a problem with their bike. Would not buy from this company again as they have no customer service or guarantee at all. Bad company

I bought samebike Lo26 and after one month of light isage the bike broke. They claimed the controller is broken and should be replaced. So far itself 22 days sincr the bile is broken and i didn’t get replacement for the controller. I asked for returning the bike but samebike refused the return claiming the bike is used. This experience cost me lot of money, wasted my time and disturbed my life in a very bad way. I don’t recommended any one to buy this product or deal with those guys.

Sends broken bikes and then asks you to buy new parts for hundreds of £. Sent a broken battery and won't refund it. Bought bike in august and it's been unusable since October and I keep being told to buy new parts where every part cost about £300, which I could buy a whole new bike from a proper bike company. Do not spend money on this company, absolute fraud.

I am now hospitalized after breaking my arm while using your bicycle. The brakes are not working properly. Who will take responsibility for this?

They did not give the best service because sometimes I feel my cycle have some problems but it, but they didn’t give the ball level opportunity and the service also

I bought Rs-A01 Pro-t Urban from april 2025. Now I already have the problem with batteri. The speed run up and Down, out of control. I just make a complain and wait for the respons. January 2026

I do NOT recommend this seller. I ordered an e-bike on 10 December. The delivery was heavily delayed, so I clearly requested cancellation before receiving anything. Despite this, the seller kept asking me to “wait” and refused to refund until the bike returned to their warehouse — even though I never received the item at all. After weeks of delays and excuses, I had to raise a bank dispute, and the bank ruled in my favor and refunded me. Very poor customer service, unreasonable refund policy, and unnecessary stress for the customer. Think carefully before buying from this company.
