This company scammed me. They would not contact FedEx to help with a shipping problem. The only option was to return the bike to them. Now it has been with them for over 10 days and they still won’t refund me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Se va tutto bene ok, ho una foldable 20’ e mai un problema da diversi anni in ogni condizione. Ho acquistato una RS A01 Plus per i miei genitori ed e’ stato da subito un incubo. L’assistenza e’ centralizzata in cina e dopo un po fanno finta di niente fornendo risposte di circostanza senza risolverti realmente il problema. Reso del prodotto neanche sotto minaccia. Innumerevoli messaggi non hanno sortito alcun risultato, lasciate stare evitate, ripeto se vi va bene ok ma se avete bisogno di qualsiasi cosa…samebike non esiste e’ solo social La bici attualmente giace ferma dopo aver percorso con difficoltà solo 50 km in un anno !

L’autonomie de la batterie est nulle, environ 5 à 10kms donc inutilisable. Le service apres vente ne repond jamais suite 3 relances. A éviter

Samebike looks nice for the price dont be fooled the bike and performence are crap (DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE) not even had it for a year and iv had to buy a new bike

This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. I bought a low-quality electric bicycle, and in my opinion, all of their bicycles are low quality. It does not deliver the performance they advertise and does not meet the stated specifications. If you need to use the warranty, the response time is between three and four months. They seem completely unconcerned about the customer’s well-being. I don’t know what else to do.
