Servicio Excelente!. Servido antes de lo Previsto y en buen estado!.

Fiets is snel geleverd. We waren argwanend of het echt was of niet. Bij deze 100% betrouwbaar. Zeer compacte fiets en geen mankementen. Nu hopen dat de batterij goed is. Maar ik heb een vermoeden van wel.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Alles super geklappt.

Les vélos correspondent parfaitement à nos attentes et malgré certains avis négatifs. Nous avons eu une panne sur un des vélos, le sav a été réactif et nous a fait parvenir la pièce rapidement ainsi qu’une vidéo pour nous aider a remplacer la pièce sans difficulté. Parfait Ps: ne pas oublier le décalage horaire qui fausse la réactivité

Féltem, hogy mi fog történni, de kellemeset csalódtam. Fizetés után kaptam egy fuvarlevél számot, végig láttam merre jár a csomag. Egy héten belül le lett szállítva.

Although I have not actually tested the electric bike as yet the delivery was an absolute nightmare!! The courier they use is shocking, got an ETA for 6th March which wasn't delivered, Received ETA for the 9th March between 8.45pm - 9.45pm a bit late I thought but ok I'll go with it, Never appeared at my door till 12.45 AM IN THE MORNING!!! what courier thinks it's acceptable to awaken people out their bed at that time, Beware Xdp are the courier they use & they don't care, no apology either, shocking courier, u only need to go read the reviews on trustpilot they r a shambles XDP couriers DISGUSTING

La bicicleta llego en el tiempo previsto, pero con un defecto, un roce que atravesaba la pintura dejando el metal visto, el servicio post-venta ha dado solución a la reclamación presentada
