Frenchy
The site is straight forward, being a foreigner I just really do not know the difference between Digicel plan a the other Digicel prepaid. How do I know which is best for the individual I am paying for
Response from SalutHaiti.comFeb 24, 2020
Hi Frenchy, It depends on the life style of the beneficiary, what they usually use and your budget, of course. 1. Only talk and texts? Then Digicel Prepaid is the answer. $5 is the minim order. How the beneficiary can use the top up amount, that's something only the local operator can tell you. So, basically you need to ask the local operator by using the contact info in your online account with SalutHaiti.com, the Activity tab, invoice section (check down the invoice). 2. If the beneficiary would also use some internet data or unlimited international minutes to US, Canada or UK, then a plan would be a good mix . The 4 GB plan (all the above included besides unlimited minutes to Digicel) is $5, while the 16 GB plan is $25. It depends how much the beneficiary uses on a regular base. Or, does he/she ever run out of internet? Keep in touch! If you still need our assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch: https://saluthaiti.com/contact

Your services are excellent.
Dee
It's a good company but tax is high
Response from SalutHaiti.comJan 23, 2020
Hi Dee, Mobile Recharge service is a transfer of goods, and all similar services abide by the same protocols, different than a currency exchange service. The processing fee reflects therefore several international transactions that make possible your super fast top up. Every time the costs go down the processing fee lowers automatically too. Thank you for your understanding! Also, there are ways to save big: -We host regular Natcom Haiti promos (bonuses on your top up) -Facebook giveaways on Facebook seldom consist of free top ups: https://www.facebook.com/SalutHaiti/ -Since you've subscribed to get offers by email, please make sure you get them. If you don't, please check your Spam folder too. Tell us how you're doing! Keep in touch!
Serge
The service is quick. The receiver gets the money for the phone right away, He or She is always satisfied. But I think it costs too much to use saluthaiti. Thanks SB
Response from SalutHaiti.comJan 22, 2020
Hi Serge, If we're talking about the Mobile Recharge product, please take into consideration that the processing fee reflects the costs on the market as they appear in several international transactions that make possible the fast top up from one country to another as if distance did not exist. We do our best to lower these costs, as much as we can control the situation. But there are protocols and third parties we cannot influence. Thank you for your understanding!
