We do have a reliable network my friends in Haiti are really enjoy using natcom, I’m trying to be frank in my experience as we do ask me to do so . Whenever , I have to top up for friends in family overseas, I’ve to invite them to power off they phone to save munute and sometimes I would love to surprise them without warning specially for birthday and others events.

Also, the topup balance you send to friends in Haiti is not dependant on the way they use their cell phones, if we understand the right way the issue you've reported... It gets in their account instantly, even if their phones are on or off. Indeed they won't know who sent the message, unless you text them which implies a certain minimum cost to your local provider. I gave 2 stars because I add $20.00 …
I gave 2 stars because I add $20.00 minutes for my sister in Haiti this Sunday and she told me she didn't receive her 400 bonus minutes. I was very disappointed.

No perks or rewards
Most companies reward customers for their loyalty but not this one. For as long as I've used the service they never offer any kind of promotions but they constantly ask for feedback and reviews and nothing changes.

I make one transaction on sunday ther 3 of july 2016 it don't. Go thru. For 11.88. Why show. On my bill is pending what my$ back

Hello, The $11.68 order you placed on July 3rd could not be processed, as it returned with an error. The number you entered is either not valid or not prepaid. The amount appears on your bank statement because our service attempted to charge it when you placed the order, but since the order was not successful the money remained in your account. The amount can appear blocked for a few days, but it will be soon released. We can't give you an exact timeframe, as this depends on your bank. Your SalutHaiti.com Team
