Do NOT order from Salus Sauna
I ordered a sauna from Salus Saunas after receiving written confirmation of stock and delivery. The company later cancelled the order without cause and held my funds . After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Washington Attorney General. Consumers deserve transparency and reliability in large wellness purchases. I cannot recommend Salus Saunas based on this experience.
