Salus SaunasReviews of salussaunas.com

This was a terrific experience from start to finish: ordering was easy, straightforward, and accommodating to my delivery dates. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. We had the benefit of a friend recommending Salus Saunas, so we had their help with the installation which would have been daunting on our own. It's a beautiful piece that is integral to changing a guest room into a sanctuary! The sauna feels like next level luxury in my own home!

I am the proud owner of a Salus Sauna Grand Monarch sauna. I worked with Angelle who was terrific to work with and even got to meet the owner Mark. I had trepidation ordering a sauna because I know very little about them. My wife and I did quite a lot of research and decided on a Salus Sauna. We could not be happier. I have had the sauna less than 2 weeks and am very happy we own one and are especially happy we chose Salus. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family. A very impressive operation.

Dealing with Salus Sauna has been a great experience. Their team is very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They are a top-notch company that clearly takes pride in their products and customer service. I would highly recommend Salus Sauna!

I’m pleased with the product and the costumer service

Excellent product. Resolved the one issue that I had to my satisfaction. Had it for a few months now and using it just about every day!

I’m the type of person who researches big purchases for months. I compared traditional and infrared saunas, different brands, sizes, and countless options before making my decision. After speaking with several different representatives, I finally connected with Angelle, and she was the one who made all the difference. She was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and never made me feel rushed. She answered every question I had, helped me think through my options, and even worked with me on pricing. What really sets her apart is that her customer service didn’t end after the sale. Nearly two years later, she’s still just as kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers. She made a big purchase feel comfortable, easy, and personal, and that level of service is rare these days. If you’re considering a Salus sauna, I highly recommend working with Angelle.

Love the water bucket. Looks great in my sauna!

Eva and Alajandria were fantastic to work with.
