Canceled w/o communication and late to next apt
Results of service (lash lift and brow wax) were decent but unfortunately, I felt the service provider was unprofessional and the service room itself was messy. The provider was late to my scheduled time and wasn't prepared for my appointment (after she canceled the week before without any communication about being sick - I showed up and waited for nothing) During my appointment she complained about being cold (as was I but again she was late to prep the building/room) and then didn't even provide a mirror to see the end result, just told me I was done and asked if my credit card was a "tap". I had to ask if I could look in the mirror across the room before paying. I had wanted to try this place for awhile, unfortunately I was left short of satisfied.

Hello AM! We are happy to read that your lash and brow services went well! Since we’ve recently relocated to our new space, there has been some off-and-on again assembly of new items, rearranging of products, and other various projects in & around both the shop and treatment rooms. Please excuse our dust as we continue to find permanent homes and fixtures in our space. We always appreciate constructive criticism and have had beneficial conversations from your feedback on the importance of communication and timeliness. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to learn and do better in these areas.
