I love Roni, and the atmosphere, but I almost feel like I’m not wanted, or maybe preferred? Maybe it’s because I’m not super girly and do these things all the time? Every appointment has been very late, one time I actually was waiting 5 minutes before my appointment with the person scheduled before me- so an entire appointment behind, and I’ve spent over 1.5 hours between 4 separate appointments just waiting in my car. I really really love these services and they are considered a special treat financially, a budgeting investment into self care, so the financial side of not feeling like a priority is off-putting. I really don’t want to go somewhere else and am afraid an honest review is going to impact my ability to get an appointment, but I don’t feel valued for the amount of money being charged, and walk away discouraged. It is hard for me to recommend a business when I don’t feel like a valued customer. Follow up: I had an appointment for May 11 at 6:00, Roni texted to ask to change the time to 3:30, which I agreed and set up transportation for my child from school. When I got to the appointment (at 3:25) Roni let me know she had just set a timer for 15 min on the appointment before me. Due to my child’s bus schedule, I had to leave and wasn’t able to have my changed time appointment. Roni rescheduled me for yesterday, May 13. She texted me to let me know she had a stomach bug and had to reschedule, which would have been fine, but then I ran into her at Guardians of the Galaxy that night, and it was so awkward and uncomfortable I felt weird, Roni was seated at the end of my row. So after that, I’m sad to say I’m rebooking elsewhere.

Hi Jasmine! You are appreciated, preferred, and valued! The delays you have experienced, I promise, have nothing to do with you - they are all on me. There has been a failure, on my part, of keeping appointments running on track and on time. Your review would never impact your ability to have an appointment with me - honesty is never to be punished. Your review is honest, and your experience is true. You have waited, multiple times, for periods of times over your scheduled appointment time. You have been graceful, and polite, even while feeling frustrated and feeling undervalued. And I greatly appreciate your ability in having been able to communicate calmly and honestly. I would love to have you in for your desired service(s), and am hopeful in receiving a(nother) chance at being your service provider.
