Excellent service and gift style packaging. Must get my Christmas order in!

We used to live near this shop, and love the teas so much we order them online now! Our order shipped and arrived quickly. Our favorite teas: Parisian Creme Brûlée (to die for especially with a splash of vanilla almond milk), Vanilla Cream Earl Grey Roobios, and Chocolate Coconut (like hot chocolate in tea form!) We also enjoy Southern Ginger Peach (the best peach tea I’ve ever had!) and Passion Fruit Mango Roobios. We used to love the cranberry cherry tisane, but it was replaced by Mountain Berry Harvest. MBH is good, but the cranberry cherry still had good flavor on the second brew. MBH loses a lot of flavor, so it’s really only good for a single brew. We were also disappointed that the new Cinnamon Apple Roobios has pineapple since my husband is allergic. I’m glad they list all the ingredients! We did decide to try the new Caribbean Breeze but felt it was a little lacking compared to the other teas we like. As long as they keep our favorites around, though, we’ll keep ordering!

The Hibiscus tea we got was really good quality. Between grandkids and work, I appreciate the home delivery. Looking forward to ordering again.

I don't usually rate and leave reviews, but decided to because I like this tea shop so much. After discovering it while vising Reno, I now order online. The service is excellent! More importantly, the tea and spice are absolutely wonderful and fresh. My favorite right now is Strawberry Kiwi tea for iced tea. Another favorite is Prime Rib Seasoning, put on any cut of beef. But honestly, I have ordered a lot of tea and spice and there hasn't been any that I don't like. I think it's a way to make your food and drink special, interesting and healthy. I highly recommend them.

The best, freshest spices and the most exquisite teas in Reno. The owners are wonderfully personable and the staff is equally friendly and helpful.
