Outstanding customer service is paramount to our business and great reviews let others know that we can be trusted to do right by our customers every time. I believe that our response time was extremely expedient, and your order arrived at your local post office in less than 24 hours for delivery to your address. I believe that it is USPS who is entirely responsible for this delay. We are asking that you please revise your 1- star review you had previously left to reflect the level of customer service, commitment, and products you received directly from The Spice and Tea Shoppe and not from USPS. A 1 star review reflects poorly on a business and based on your written comments it appears that you were happy based on your words. However, after much research we cannot find any record that you have ever directly or indirectly had any experience with our products and service. If you have, please provide us with more detail including your order number etc. or please remove this review and post it to the actual business you had experience with. I am making an assumption that you are not Scotland's FIFA Women’s World Cup goalkeeper as that seems highly unlikely. Thank you for removing this review.
