I first visited The Spice & Tea Shoppe in person when they were "Salty-Savory-Sweet" I knew then that they knew what they were doing. I don't live in Reno anymore, but after having been away for over a year now, I have yet to find a store locally that can deliver the same quality of products. So, I've decided to start restocking my spice rack from their website- I highly recommend them

The customer service has been amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. The shipping was fast. The only thing was that the bone broth arrived melted, sadly. I think that the long trip from NYC to Oregon is not ideal for the bone broth. But the food arrived well. I loved the packaging of the vitamins and the useful information. I look forward to trying the food and seeing how it works for my dog! 4|4

This is the only place I purchase my tea from. They have the best tea, spices, and their Haute Fudge is to die for! Placed my order in the morning and it’s shipped by the afternoon. I have always been impressed with their customer service, both in store and online!

This is a wonderful shop. The people are knowledgeable and very helpful. The teas are amazing and it’s fun to try staff recommends. Spices are fresh and unusual.

I called and was told I couldn't bring my puppy into the store, I wasn't going to leave her in the car in this heat. The person I was talking to said I could do curb side pick up. The staff here has always been helpful.

I love this shop! I buy all of my spices and teas here. Everything is top quality - well crafted and fresh. I buy their spice blends for gifts ‐ BBQ, beef, pork, chicken and fish. My son is hooked on their Nashville Hot Chicken Rub. I put their black truffle salt on everything. This is a can't miss store for anyone who cooks, drinks tea or wants to give thoughtful gifts.
