Does Salon Centric get anything right? With all the years I’ve dealt with them, I’ve had to move on. I’ve spent more hours on the phone with them than I’d like to admit for countless errors on their part. They never have anything in stock and their workers think they’re superior. RIP Salon Centric because I’ve had enough and you’re dead to me.

Salon centric has the worst customer service.If I could give zero stars I would. The shipping is so high and they don’t even carry certain products in the stores anymore and the only way to get them is to spend $150 to even get free shipping or to pay $11.95 for shipping what a complete joke. Customer service reps aren’t helpful at all. They only offer if you do auto ship but still half to pay for shipping the first time on the items. What a joke. I will be taking my business to other suppliers. I don’t even understand how businesses like this stay in business.

The costumer service aspect of this company is horrible. Makes no sense. Most shops allow anyone to just update your account change anything you need to. But now there’s this lazy way of saying do you have the app? The app lacks consistency & if it doesn’t work you need to text or call. Texting; make sure you have your phone with you because if you get a response & don’t reply within 2 min it will kick you out & you’ll have to wait another day. Calling takes hours. I truly can’t wrap my head around it. Very inconvenient.

I was gifted by Influenster. K18 Prep + Repair Service Essentials. I used the prep mist before applying my hair color to prepare and protect my hair before applying my hair color and then I followed with the molecular repair hair mist which really helps damaged hair like mine. I have used it a couple times and i have been noticing a significant improvement in the overall health in my hair. It’s been feeling softer, silkier and manageable and so much stronger .I been using the repair mask for a couple of times and it’s really been helping repair my damaged hair especially my ends which look so much better. The mask is lightweight and nourishing. The repair hair mist has a clean scent and it feels refreshing on hair and scalp when applying . The peptide mist sprays evenly and doesn’t have a strong scent.

Redken Tumbler. Never received. Out of stock within 3 days of promotion. Scam to buy but they never produce enough to give.

Unfortunately the customer service from this company has absolutely plummeted. If you need to make Return, good luck!! You will be waiting on the phone for at least 30 minutes! I have called their stores to see if I could get this return resolved, only to get no where. Having owned a salon, I have purchased thousands of dollars from this company but like every company that becomes successful, they forget who made them successful…. The customer. Good bye Salon Centric.

Newport News Virginia Rude as crap !!!!! This is why I stopped shopping at this company All employees act like you are asking them a favor to do anything never again. Had my mom and sis return item I was way overcharged for due to me having surgery Treated them like crap and talk to like crap.. and thought it was me! when found out it wasn’t me even ruder. Got it on voice recording Cecelia p is a rude rude lady and whoever else was working yesterday Wont shop again

Salon Centric has great service and knowledge about products and very helpful. Highly recommend them.
