We've just engaged SalesHive for our third campaign in the last two years. We're impressed by the thoroughness of their onboarding, the quality of the leads, and the transparency they provide. They've been consistently able to deliver across three completely different customer sets. Our salespeople are able to listen to or see the entire engagement with the lead and prepare appropriately to engage at a problem-solving level without a lot of preamble and qualification. SalesHive is also flexible about making changes immediately when asked and very proactive about suggesting changes they believe would improve our outcomes.

So far so good. We are currently booking 2 meetings per week and that rate has been improving for the last 3 weeks. Our account manager is responsive and invested. Our SDR seems to be consistent and adjusts as we make improvements to the script. The price is pretty high, but if you know your CAC before you sign up, and set appropriate goals for the service, the ROI is more than achievable.
