Victor was very patient and knowledgeable in our meetings. He took his time to educate me how to navigate a system I have no experience in using. Together we crafted organic language for my campaigns. He made sure I understood and could replicate what we covered in the training on my own.

I am very impressed with Kennected’s follow-up coaching calls. They don’t leave you hanging and out in left field trying to figure out the software and more importantly sound strategy to make the most of your new contacts.

My call with Victor was excellent - I was freaking out because of some actions I committed that put a temporary restriction on my LI a/c. Victor calmed me down by providing a step-by-step game plan to solve the problem. On a separate note, the whole company has been fantastic to work with. There has been much more support and phone time than I would have expected from a SaaS. Most software vendors do everything in their power to avoid talking to their own customers. These people actually want to talk to you - absolutely amazing.

Chloe, my Kennected customer support rep, did an awesome job with assisting me to better understand and operate my Kennected tools and went beyond my initial questions to show me other useful aspects that have enhanced my experience! Very positive and relatable service, I appreciate the experience!
