SalesAI has a great concept, but their new features don't work for everyone. We invested a LOT of time, waited an unknown position in a queue for two weeks, tried troubleshooting with a live senior agent who wasn't able to get things working properly and didn't know why they failed...so we asked for (took a few tries), and got a refund. Open to starting back up again once they confirm everything is working. I'd consider their tech to be in beta, although apparently it functions fine for a decent chunk of their customers. Hope internal troubleshooting and the product team gets the kinks worked out.

I mentioned to Chloe, I would like more support even with the $89 package. It's that important to the client's LinkedIn contract and company's reputation. I appreciate Chloe's assistant although it is a bit rushed at times.
