So I saw this advertised to me repeatedly and being somehow who likes to try new coffee makers I finally bite the bullet on it. Big mistake! The product does look and feel like a quality product. However, thats where the good ends. The claims about their Turkish Coffee Maker are simply not true. Firstly, it often burns the coffee using their own recipes/instructions. Secondly, it leaves a lot of grit in the brewed cup that you consume. I know, it's Turkish coffee, however, they claim that if you let it sit a couple moments that the fines will fall to the bottom and not be in your cup, leaving you with a clean cup. NOPE! They also are making me pay for shipping back when this doesn't operate as advertised and is faulty (burning coffee). I have asked them to cover shipping but they refused. Honestly, this is more irritating to me than the bad coffee as it shows how bad their customer service is. I want nothing to do with their product or company.

Corrupt company threatened me Repeatedly because I showed them photos of their black kettle with black paint on the interior stainless steel rim causing me to drink purified boiling water corrupted with black paint . . The photos are clear . Company refused to take responsibility. Threatened me claiming action against me should I be truthful attempting to silence me. They are a highly corrupt company at least my experience with them leads me to think this . Obviously others find them equally offensive and bullying . Do not take what they say or claim at face value. My experience with them was they produced a defective corrupted product that has poisonous black paint on spout pour rim. My photos are super clear . They refused to confirm they saw black paint on i terior of spout rim as that would make their material purity claim absurd . The materials in virgin state might be pute but the defective assembly blows it off the chart. They threatened me - for speaking the truth. I will report them and their threats and bullying to BBB and their defective paint hits water product too. I bet they get meek ! Bad bad company bad bad people . Untrustworthy

What a WASTE OF TIME. Item arrived defective - shuts down immediately as it started brewing. I sent a detailed message about the problem. I received a stock one-page response on instructions on how to brew - completely ignoring my issue. SAKI doesn't care if their products work.

Gooseneck Kettle stopped reading the temperature. For nearly a year they've promised the replacement is "only a couple of months away". They won't acknowledge that we've asked for a refund, not a replacement at this point.

We got the smart small kitchen ap as a gift it’s been great ,we are so happy with new saki, it consistently brews prefect tea,because the temperature control is precise.

I love my 48 oz SAKI pink ceramic teapot. I still enjoy it daily, 4 years after having purchased it. The product is wonderful, the pouring spout is perfect, no dripping, the holding handle is very comfortable, and the steaming basket sits nicely in the side notch - an original and very efficient design. But the reason I wanted to write this review today is the amazing customer service. I recently broke the lid, and reached out to the company to ask to purchase a replacement lid. Despite this being not what they normally do, and despite the tedious process involved in find the fitting piece - the staff bent over backwards and did not give up until they were able to complete my request. They reached out themselves to higher management to have this resolved, and Almina - marketing manager - contacted me personally and kept me in the loop while she was working to resolve this. About this amazing team I can only say that they went out of their way to help, did not give up until they succeeded, and that I wish more companies give this kind of service to their customers. Thank you very much!!

I would give Saki 1 Star just because it looks nice, otherwise it doesn't work. the first time I bought my TeaSmart Electric Turkish Tea Kettle it worked for about a month and it start to turn off before heating the water to the correct tempter. I bought another one same model three months later did the same thing and it starts to turn off by itself. I emailed customer service many times to return it...did not get any response. I don't recommend this company at all

Great product, Easy to use and easy to clean. Perfect for group gatherings. Best online purchase I have made. Everything is as promised. Really exceeded expectations. Great communication from the seller. Will definitely purchase again.
