Worst company for after sales support. Finally after 19days i got a reply/help from Customer support regarding a problem with the new Elekeeper app 5.03. My battery was not discharging and this had to do with some firmware update which did not update automatically and caused a conflict. Happy that its working now and increased the rating for SAJ. They can improve alot with their customer support.

Worst experience ever. Poor material and post sales absent. Warranty is a scam and no solutions to the problems are provided. Avoid this company!

Tengo una batería SAJ que ha fallado dentro de la garantía. Llevo desde septiembre (9 meses) intentando que se arregle la situación. En noviembre mandé un informe técnico con el estado de la batería, me dijeron que la cambiarían. Han pasado 7 meses y nada. Vuelvo a escribir y me piden de nuevo información. Me dicen que me la pueden cambiar dentro de 7 meses más. No hay respuesta, las respuestas que llegan solo piden más información al cliente, todo cae bajo la responsabilidad del cliente y no resuelven nada. No están cumpliendo con la ley General de consumidores y Usuarios.

as a solar battery installer i can say with 100% certainty that this is the worst company for after sales support if threes an issue. avoid this brand like the plague or just throw your money away rather than buying this garbage because itll be a more enjoyable experience.

het standby verbruik van dit systeem is veel te hoog 50w per batterij per uur dus als je er 4 hebt is dit 200w per uur dus per dag 24x200w is 4.8Kw wat haast 25% van jouw soc is elke dag

Had an issue getting my inverter to access overnight lower cost electricity to fill my battery during the night. One call later with Larry from technical and the issue was sorted. Absolute legend.

BATERIA SAJ averiada desde hace 1 año despues de innunerables e-mails me dicen que me enviarán otra dentro de 7 meses!, pasan 7 meses reclamo y me dicen que tenga paciencia, espero un mes mas y ya ni responden a mi correo, SolarProfit que la monto mejor ni hablar de ellos. Al final vale la pena ponerse placas pero sin bateria.

Bij SAJ vinden ze het compleet normaal, dat er tussen laden en ontladen, van de batterij, 40 procent verlies is. Stel je voor dat dat zou gebeuren bij EV. De nodige, verdere stappen, zullen worden ondernomen.
