Saint Investment GroupReviews of saintinvestment.com

I enjoyed sitting down with Nic for an interview on my podcast, Down 2 Business. From start to finish, he provided some much value and insight not only to myself but my audience as well. Since our interview last year, I have been following along with the progress of Nic and the team at Saint Investment Group and it is truly amazing to see the great work they have been doing!

Trustworthy, knowledgeable and grounded. Those are three words that I think of when it comes to Nic DeAngelo and Saint Investment Group. Nic's knowledge and analysis of the current and future states of the market insure that he takes a pragmatic approach to investing, and that his clients can be reassured that he always has their best interested at heart.

Exceptional Expertise I’ve been working with Nic from the start. Incredible operator and asset manager. This is a stellar team.

I have not yet invested with Saint Investment Group. I attended a webinar in late Jan 2025 ("2025 Investor Playbook: How Savvy Investors Will Make a Killing This Year"), and am impressed by the depth of Nick DeAngelo's knowledge and how the group conducts education and awareness marketing. Nick's acumen was evident in his lively and comprehensive coverage of numbers/trends not just in real estate but in the broader economy. More than that, it showed up in how he handled a long, real-time Q&A after the formal presentation. I asked some tougher questions, and he was knowledgeable and also candid on where his knowledge may not be complete. All in all, as someone who attends many real estate webinars, I think this group's webinars rank amongst the best I've seen. No hard-selling, some soft-selling (to be expected and it's all fine), on the strength of their knowledge, objectivity, and track record (10+ yrs of no missed distributions is a really impressive achievement).

Nic DeAngelo educated my audience very well in what Saint Investment is doing for many accredited investors. I definitely 1,000% percent recommend these guys. They’re doing the right things by offering the right advice for people who are also looking to scale their investments, and doing it with highly qualified professionals such as Saint Investment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing and super fast process. This business has been a good straightforward experience. I got a wide range of investment options and was able to make an informed decision.

After going through their 50-page investment strategy docs and speaking with the team, I decided to invest $150,000. The returns have been as expected. The company is very good at keeping me updated, providing regular performance reports, and tax documents. The level of professionalism has been outstanding. I’ve already recommended them to a few people.

As a first-time investor in a real estate fund, I was nervous about getting started. Luc at Saint made the process simple and straightforward. He answered all my questions, and the returns have been better than the other options I searched for. I’m excited to continue building my portfolio with them.
