Saint + ValeReviews of saintandvale.com

From start to finish, order to delivery and communication in the middle, my experience with Saint + Vale was flawless! Easy ordering process, great delivery comms. and delivered on time as promised. The shoes were so comfortable and high quality that I've ordered another pair, but I put in the wrong size. My response from customer service was virtually immediate, A human no less, and the sizing was rectified with a simple, friendly return email. So refreshing!!! Looking forward to my next pair. Thank you, Saint + Vale

Great customer service, comfortable shoes

Their customer service is fabulous. Easy and effective on my orders

What could have been a very poor experience was turned into a 5 star experience thanks to exceptional customer service. After my original order failed to deliver for reasons only known to the courier company, I reached out to Saint + Vale and began working with Steph from their service department to solve the problem. Despite her best efforts to reroute the parcel nothing seemed to work. She then initiated a new shipment and kept me updated until the parcel was finally in my hands. Exceptional customer service. Oh, I love the shoes. So glad we persevered. Graeme

Website easy to navigate, quick and efficient checkout process. International shipping didn’t take long and was well tracked. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a couple pair of shoes. The style really for me. I reached out to customer service to see about a return. They replied promptly. Asked why I wasn’t pleased with my purchase. After I gave an explanation, they gave me a few options for my return and also referred me to some of their other shoes that would be a better fit for what I was looking for. The customer service agent, Steph, was very kind and understanding. Listened to my concerns and promptly provided solutions. I didn’t have to wait days for a reply. It was refreshing to deal with humans again in a digital world. If it were another company, I may have walked away from the brand. Because of my experiences with the service team, I trust that I’ll be back to try their other offerings.

Purchased the Salcombe Suede Loafers in 12.5 for my son. When they arrived the size showed 46, which in theory would be a size 12. My son had not tried the shoes on as of yet, but I contacted Customer Support to inquire. In less than an hour Steph reached out to discuss how the size 12.5 vs 12 (46) are indeed different sizes regardless of the mark. He also, gave me the option to return for free for a larger size if was needed. Needless to say the fit was true to size, suede is butter soft, and fits like a glove. My son is very happy, and now I have my shopping cart filled with items for myself Best customer experience I've ever had with a company !!

Saint + Vale perfectly executed my order and was very easy to work with. The quality of my linen shirts and shoes were fantastic and I really enjoyed wearing them! When I realized I missed the return period for a shirt(I had gotten 2 of the same one to learn about their sizes) they responded with some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen! I would recommend them to anybody for their friendliness, quality, and overall excellent buying experience !
