Saint + ValeReviews of saintandvale.com

Dear Team, I would like to tell you once again how incredibly impressed I am with the quality of your products. Your customer service and delivery service are equally outstanding. A huge thank you, this has truly been the best shopping experience I have ever had. I will definitely start exploring more of your products, beyond just shoes. Thank you very much for everything! Best regards, Yuval Yaron

Saint + Vale, what can I say, fantastic comfortable loafers, I ordered a few pairs in suede and they turned up here in London quickly. Steph at customer services was fantastic in communicating with me, forget Loro Piana, support this little business, came well packed in dust bags and I’ll definitely be back for more orders! Keep it up guys! Love from London, Paul ❤️

First of all, message them about any question regarding sizes before ordering unless you're sure; their items seem to be "slim fit." I normally wear a medium or large in a shirt, and their large was way too small. Now the good part. When it came time to make this order right, their excellent customer service department spend numerous (and informationally-packed) emails with me to make it right. They even waived the return fee and eventually wound up comping me the cost of two shirts I ordered because of the issues with sizing (it was a chart issue they're working on fixing). I went back to buy more from them because they provided excellent customer service.

Communication!! Steph!! Quality, fit, look. 5 star experience. Would and will highly recommend Saint + Vale.

Firstly, a big shout out to Steph in customer service, she was amazing, the care she showed in here dealings with me was first class, she was very understanding easy to deal with, she communicated clearly & most importantly she did what she said she was going to do. She responded to my messages promptly which instantly removed any anxiety I had about exchanging some of my order due to it being the wrongs size (my error). As a young company I could not recommend them highly enough and would advise anyone to go take a look at the Saint + Vale website as the have some incredibly stylish options for clothing, footwear & accessories. There price point is spot on and best of all is the quality of apparel they are selling is of a very high quality. I have no doubt that Saint + Vale will gather a much greater following and hope that they are able to maintain that personal touch with their customers as the business continues to grow.

The support team was amazing Steph was the one who personally helped me I got confused on the size and she was able to help me out but since then I’ve been wearing the shoes and they are amazing great quality and very comfy I’m definitely coming back for more color ways!

Never have I experienced such top quality customer service. It’s actually almost unbelievable. Steph was amazing from the start and exceeded any expectation that I had. I’d recommend this company just for that alone. Keep doing the great work.! Aloha!
