I want to mention my experience with their service department after I had an issue with the size of the shoes I purchased. I emailed them to initiate a return and within 5 minutes I had a response from an actual human being. They were understanding, helpful and friendly. In the matter of another 5 minutes I paid a small shipping fee and a new pair of shoes were headed my way. No hassle. No issues. What a breath of fresh air! I do believe I am a customer for life. Thank you so much! And a personal thank you to Steph!

My wife ordered the Halford Retro Court Sneaker, and I couldn't be happier with her selection. The shoes are comfortable and look great! I also reached to the customer service team on how to best take care of them and Steph responded quickly and was very helpful. I highly recommend Saint +Vale!

Although the actual purchase didn’t work out, the customer service related to the refund was outstanding. It was so good that I will not use any other source for product from now on.

I made a mistake in the size that I ordered and contacted their customer support, and they couldn't be more helpful. They agreed to replace them with my correct size and only charged me shipping. The original pair I received are incredibly comfortable with very soft suede upper and super soft internal inserts. Once I get the correct size they'll be perfect. Exactly as advertised. I'll be buying more colours soon

I had an issue with the fit of two shirts I ordered from Saint + Vale, and while the shirts unfortunately didn’t work for me, my experience with their customer service was exceptional—largely because of their employee Steph. From her very first response, Steph went above and beyond to actually understand the issue and find a solution rather than simply directing me toward a standard return process. She offered to help determine what the right size would be and even proposed sending replacement shirts without requiring me to return the originals. What impressed me most was Steph’s honesty and transparency. I had purchased the shirts specifically to wear for a work event happening within 7 days and asked whether replacements could arrive in time. Rather than making a promise she couldn’t keep, she gave me a realistic timeline and was completely upfront about the uncertainty. When it became clear the timing wouldn’t work, she made the refund process incredibly easy and even agreed that I could donate the shirts locally rather than ship them back. This is what great customer service looks like. Steph was responsive, thoughtful, empathetic, transparent, and genuinely committed to finding the best possible outcome for me. I never felt like I was simply dealing with a customer-service ticket—I felt like Steph was actually trying to help. While a lot of people would think this is the standard, it is not in our increasingly digitally forward world (which can be austere). If Saint + Vale has more employees like Steph, they have something very special in their customer service team.

Had a great experience with Saint + Vale. I ordered the Brookshire Linen Espadrilles for my wedding weekend in Mexico, and Steph went above and beyond to make sure they arrived before we left. She stayed in communication with me throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. The shoes arrived on time, looked great, and I was able to wear them for the weekend as planned. Really appreciate the level of customer service, especially knowing how important the timing was. Definitely earned 5 stars from me and I’d absolutely shop with them again.
