Good quality products, even better after sales support. I had a sizing issue with my purchase but the after sales team was great in assisting me with my order. Steph especially was incredibly helpful in re-sizing requests and getting me the end product to my liking. Their offerings are limited but of good quality materials and give you a good look for a well worth it affordable price. I order loafers, boots and their knit sweater. Waiting on the sweater but the quality on the footwear was great!

The shoes are great. But even better was the experience with customer service. If you at any point have an issue Steph will not only take care of it, she will charm your socks off in the process. Which is okay, because the shoes are so comfortable sockless.

I ordered some shoes for the first time from them. They were a bit to big but their customer support was prompt in getting me the correct size.

Customer service was amazing. Received my order and the size and color were not what I expected. Dropped a line to customer service and they provided a shortlist of solutions, all good. They were prompt in their resolution. Pretty impressed as you never know these days what your experience will be. 5 stars for sure.
