Customer service is awesome! Shout out to Stephanie who had assisted me with the pairs of shoes I purchased. Initially the wrong sizes, she immediately helped me to make sure that the sizing was correct. The second pairs I received turned out to fit nicely! Would buy from Saint + Vale again.

Having modeled my entire life and owning a clothing store as a designer, shoes to me, have always been one of the most critical aspects of an outfit. Saint + Vale has taken that to a new level. It brings an allure to the elegance of an outfit. It demonstrates the importance of appearance. In addition, the service is, for lack of a better word, spectacular. In fact, this company deserves to grow at the most rapid pace given their attention to individual and professional services. It seems like each client is a singular importance. STEPH from customer service provided a level of care that you would expect at places like Ritz Carlton, St Regis, four seasons or Rosewood hotels. In fact, I think is still way above that. In a world of AI and automation, she was a breath of fresh air. Shoes are fine. Bought 2 pair, they suggested 12s, too big and they replaced them to 11s. I reported back that 1 pair though same size still ran a little bigger, but not requiring further action from them. Thru this process I dealt with Steph who as I said is a shining star! Only reason to consider buying from then again is her.

I recently bought 2 pairs of the Enzo suede loafers. After placing my order, I received a personal email from Steph at S&V wanting to clarify one detail of my order which avoided a potential problem (I'd ordered one pair in the wrong size). The delivery to Australia was seamless and timely. The loafers are EXACTLY how they look in the Instagram reel; the buttery suede and the memory foam insole are just as described. And the colours too were spot on; both the Camel and Powder Blue are absolutely beautiful. And the packaging is outstanding. They came in a package that prevented damage in transit (I bought a hat from another supplier in the US recently that was crushed beyond repair). Each shoe had foam inserts and came in its own satin bag, and the pair came in its own plastic ziplock bag. I use all three to store the loafers. In summary, an outstanding product and exceptional customer service. Unconditonally recommended.

This is definitely a B spoke business. You can tell from the packaging that arrived and the way they communicate. I had to make an exchange for a size and received a reply with 12 hours. Exceptional customer service — even when the shoes didn't work out I recently ordered a pair of loafers from Saint + Vale, and unfortunately, the shoes ended up being too large for me and ultimately weren't quite what I had hoped for. So this review isn't really about the shoes themselves — it's about the absolutely outstanding customer service I received. From the beginning, Steph was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the right fit. I measured my feet, sent photos, and worked with her to figure out the appropriate size. When the shoes didn't work out, the return/exchange process was incredibly easy. What really blew me away was what happened next. Rather than making me wait until the shoes arrived back, Steph processed my full refund immediately and even sent me a $25 gift card with no expiration as a thank-you for my patience and feedback. I've ordered from plenty of companies, and it's rare to encounter this level of personal attention and generosity. Steph made what could have been a disappointing purchase experience into a genuinely positive one. Unfortunately the loafers weren't the right fit for me, but Saint + Vale has absolutely earned my respect. If I find something else in their collection that catches my eye in the future, I'd be happy to give them another try.
