Shoes arrived but were smaller than i expected and not entirely comfortable. I wrote to Saint + Vsle, who responded within the hour and offered to give me a full refund or a different size, without any quibbling or making it awkward to get a refund. Very honourable behaviour and much appreciated. I wish them the best

Amazing client service. I love a brand centered around the customer. I had an issue with shipping due to the war in the region. They took an extra step and offered a full refund which took place very quickly. Hope to see them amongst the big leagues 🫶
