I had an amazing experience with their customer support team! I reached out regarding a post-purchase issue, and they handled everything quickly and effortlessly. The response time was impressive, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on resolving my concern without any hassle. It’s rare to come across support that is this efficient and customer-focused. Truly appreciate the excellent service !!!!highly recommend!

Quick and easy communication with Customer Service when I need help with a different size. Really love the shoes! Great for our summer vacay! Comfortable and chic!

Amazing brand they are top 10 in customer service and the quality is great

Great shopping experience, excellent quality, and the service is amazing! I will go back and buy their shoes and clothes.

Let's start from the product, it is amazing! the design, how it is crafted it's beautiful. Whatever you see from the ads is true when get hold of the product. With regards to the customer service/ after sales support is superb. Their sales team is prompt and very professional especially in handling issues or any queries. Overall, I am one of those satisfied customers.

The product I ordered was beautiful, well made, and reasonably priced. I needed to make a size adjustment, and Steph was more than kind in taking care of my request!

The shoes arrived and were unsized in terms of with of my foot so I emailed and got what was the best customer experience ever . They couldnt have been more helpful without the process. Even though it ended with a refund and the shoes going to charity I couldnt fault the most professional customer interaction . Would highly recommend using this company anytime.

The customer support team is fast responding and makes you feel well taken care of. Some items mouth axed mentioned a slight delay was possible which caused my order to split into two, I reached out to the team after the Shop app informed me my full order had been delivered but it had not. I reached out, received a quick reply, and was reassured that my order was sent in two shipments. I did get an email that stated that part of my order had shipped, it did show all items in the email and shared that feedback but honestly… I feel like I really appreciated them. I am ordering these shoes for a photo shoot for a clothing brand and needed some items that were affordable, stylish and not to take completely away from the intended purpose. I can say, they will deliver their purpose. And I already found myself sporting a pair yesterday for a night out because I couldn’t wait for the shoot to try them out. Great team, thank you Steph 🫶
