I wanted to leave a review specifically for Steph at Saint + Vale because their customer service has been excellent from start to finish. I ordered a few items for my wedding, and unfortunately there was a warehouse delay that meant part of the order likely would not arrive in time. Obviously, that was disappointing, but Steph handled the entire situation with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. They did not overpromise or give me a vague answer. They gave me a realistic update, took responsibility for the situation, and made it clear that they actually cared about making things right. What stood out most was how personal and human the communication felt. Steph was warm, transparent, and thoughtful throughout the whole exchange. Even though the delay was frustrating, the way they handled it made me still feel confident in the company and willing to remain a customer. Mistakes and delays happen, especially with shipping and warehouses, but customer service like this makes a huge difference. Saint + Vale's customer service is second to none. I ordered black Oxfords for my son's Disney-themed choir concert. Steph helped me from my initial order through the day of the concert to ensure his growing feet had the perfect fit. Efficient and kind, she made me feel like anything but a routine sale. I've never experienced such incredible care and can't recommend this small business enough.

Other companies should take a page out of their book. The not TLDR: if you’re reading this article because you googled something like “is Saint + Vale legit” the answer is yes. They’re a small and upcoming business that operates at a level I wish larger business did. I bought a pair of shoes from Saint + Vale from an Instagram ad (we have all seen them) when they arrived they didn’t fit quite right so I contacted their customer service. They replied quickly and immediately provided multiple solutions to the issue at hand. This issue was rectified quickly, no questions asked. I will 100% be purchasing more items from this company, they sell a great product at a reasonable price and have exceptional customer service. What more of a reason do you need to give them a shot?

I was a bit unsure of ordering at Saint + Vale due to the lack of online presence and review, they seemed fairly new. I decided to order from them, and my experience overall was positive. I ordered two pair of sandals, but they were a bit small and I needed an exchange for a size up. I reached out initially and their response took longer than expected, and so I followed up. They were gracious enough to send me the two replacement sizes with no need to return since they fell short on their initial response time. The communication was transparent, and I received my new pairs in the mail after a few weeks and they are perfect for what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who is unsure, good product and above and beyond customer service.

First off. Love the selections. Very unique styles. I had ordered a polo and it was too big. I reached out and was immediately helped by Steph who was wonderful.
