Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I recently purchased a pair of shoes and trousers from Saint + Vale. The shoes exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, comfort, and design. Unfortunately, the trousers were not the right fit for me and did not match what I had envisioned. Top-Customer Service!!! This is one of those companies that have great IG ads and get you to buy their shoes. It did exactly that, there was a bit of a problem with the shipping and the company handled it so well. The agent followed up, was patient and helpful. Even when my order was lost they immedeatly sent a replacement order, and gave me a discount on the next order. Because of that I would give them a 5 start review!

I received the shoes I ordered. Great quality but the fit was not what I was expecting. Absolutely nothing wrong with the shoes; it was more of a personal preference. Steph from customer service was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Extremely helpful and gave me 3 different options to initiate my return. By far one of the best customer service offered by any company. I will be ordering from Saint & Vale again.

Had a shipping delay with my order, saw that the shipping service was from overseas, and honestly thought I may have been semi scammed. However, customer service was very quick to respond, explained the context of the delay, and offered a bunch of solutions (ranging from a full refund if I canceled, a partial refund for the inconvenience, or a gift card of fairly high value)

Would give 10 stars if possible. A wonderful company ran so well and their customer service goes beyond anything I’ve experienced from online shopping in a very, very long time. The products are not only very reasonably priced but are of great quality and amazing designs. Highly recommended and somewhere I will shop from again and again. Well done to all involved. You deserve all the success in the world ❤️

I had ordered some Stratton Chelsea boots that were unfortunately too small for me (great quality though, just a bit too snug). I contacted customer service via email and Steph made the exchange process extremely quick and easy. Saint + Vale gets a solid 5 stars from me!
