I ordered 2 pair of Suede casual slip on from Saint & Vale. When they arrived they were 2 different styles. When I contacted the company via email they responded right away with an explanation of what happened and why I received the different models. They stated they would fix the problem right away and send me the correct model at no charge and asked if I would please donate the original order to a shelter. Within 2 hours I received an order confirmation they the correct model was ordered at zero cost to me. I cannot say enough about the responsive service and care this company has shown. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. They are a fantastic company and one of the best I have delt with on the Internet. I would strongly recommend their product and company. Give them a try….you will not be sorry .

Steph is amazing! Whatever you’re paying her, double it! I had an issue with my delivery which was entirely my fault so what does she do? Steps in and helps me change my address, issue persists and I check in and guess what?! Steph arranges for a new delivery! Problem solved Will definitely be shopping with Saint and Vale again!

Had ordered shoes with a white sole when shoes arrived they weren't. I called & texted customer service where Steph introduced himself to me.He explained to me that in the pics I was right the soles were white not the color I received. He said they had new manufacturers & pics were not updated yet. Steph said no problem exchanging & he would take care of it. The next day I saw my replacements on their way. In a age where customer service is lacking between AI & calls don't get through I found it refreshing that someone stepped up & fixed the problem immediately . Thanx Robert D
