Extremely expensive markup and missing audio guide
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I booked two adult tickets for Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey together with an audio guide. The official entrance price was €16 per person, meaning €32 for the two tickets. I was charged €86 in total — a €54 markup on top of the official ticket price. Although the final price was displayed, the €54 service/management fee was not transparently itemized or clearly disclosed as a separate charge during the booking process. Only afterwards did it become clear how substantial the markup was. Even worse, the audio guide I paid for was never delivered. I never received the promised link or access to the audio guide via the app, so the service could not be used during our visit. When I contacted customer service and requested a refund for the undelivered audio guide, their response was essentially that their service fee is non-refundable because I had received the entrance tickets. This completely misses the point: I am requesting a refund for a service that was paid for but never provided. The combination of an extremely high markup, lack of transparency regarding the service fee, and failure to deliver a paid service has left me very dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone booking Mont-Saint-Michel tickets to check the official ticket price first and avoid paying this kind of intermediary markup
