As a grateful customer I want to share my thoughts that driver Kevin V, out of Greer SC, did a terrific job for me today. He demonstrated good decision making, safety first and creative problem solving. He went above and beyond and he represents Saia well. Michael H

This review is for Juanita in dispatch for the 95118 zip code. She has a strong, hilarious personality and she isn’t afraid to show it. But she also was willing to go above and beyond to resolve an issue for me without me even asking. She single-handedly will keep me coming back to Saia for freight needs. Thanks Juanita

We ordered an 18' x 52" above ground pool from Lowe's, which was shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada, to our home in Northeast North Carolina, with several stops along the way. After reading reviews, we were a bit concerned, but our worries were clearly unnecessary. The pool arrived two days earlier than originally expected, and the packaging appeared to be in perfect condition! We haven't opened it yet, but it seems to have been a flawless delivery. The box was neatly secured to a pallet, and my husband met the driver out front with our tractor to move the box into our garage. Many thanks to SAIA Motor Freight and their professional driver for an excellent delivery experience!

Very good. The guy who delivered our shipment yesterday with Pro Number | 12082061210 was friendly and took great care of the goods, making sure everything touched the ground safely. I will definitely use this company again for all future shipments.

Want to give our delivery driver a 5 star review! Richard Pulaski went above and beyond to make a delivery to us. Our driveway was closed and he went on google maps and found a path we were using to get in. When he saw he couldn't get the semi through the pathway he walked over and found one of us. We were able to take a forklift over to where he parked and get the pallet.

Danny is my delivery superhero. Amazing job....I don’t even have the words to describe it. Please give him a raise!

An order through Amazon didn’t arrive as stated on the tracking information which in so many words blamed the shipper…. so I phoned SAIA. The large package never made it to SAIA, the problem was on the vendors end. As required the order was cancelled and reordered. Just spoke with the SAIA terminal again expecting delivery tomorrow. SAIA must have an internal employee acknowledged customer service memo to always be courteous because every person no matter the department was not only courteous but friendly, happy, helpful and a pleasure. It’s the little things that make someone’s day a bit better… SAIA your staff are outstanding. Crossing my fingers now that this long awaited package comes intact perfect and undamaged…
