Long story short shipped an item that I sold on Ebay. Was quoted $700 with online and on the phone with them. Shipped the item and they said it was $1800 because of this that and all a bunch of excuses. Held the item hostage until the bill was paid. Corrupt company, don't ship with them! Terrible greedy company!

Avoid at all costs. I've been trying to get a pallet delivered and have had nothing but headaches. They didn't contact me to set up a delivery date and so I contacted them. After getting a delivery date, it came and went without any further contact. I called them every day since then trying to figure out what is going on and have had a completely different answer every time. They said emails were sent, notes were left, and that I would be contacted several times but none seem to have happened.
