A shaded roof can also increase the life span of your roof. A shaded roof translates into lower utility bills and a longer-lasting roof. If you want to keep your shaded roof, do not get insurance with SageSure Insurance. Their policy is that any branch overhanging the roof must be removed. This is not just branches touching the roof line. This is ANY branch overhanging the roof line. Although they appear to be the less expensive option for your home insurance, the cost to remove large, large, large limbs (thousands of dollars) and the higher cost of utility bills can translate into higher expenses. If you value your shade do not use this company.

They keeps denying the claims for hails damage , the hails was happened on 4/9. This is so wrong . They just keep saying the roof is wear and tear but not damage by hails which is nonsense. Their inspector from SeekNow company came down and took pictures also said the roof was damage by hails too. They never showed us the pics from their inspector. We called them but they don’t respond right away. We want to have their second inspector and our inspector come out one more time.

Right now I would give them zero because they came out and declined my roof after 1.5" hail storm. I kept telling them they had the wrong date of storm and so did my insurance broker but it was denied because they said no hail within 11 miles of my home. So they sent out an engineer for 2nd inspection and 8 days later still waiting. Meanwhile all my neighbors got their roofs from other insurance companies. So regardless of how many new roofs they saw in neighborhood, signs for hail and roofing companies at both entrances of neighborhood and the countless roofing companies walking around talking to neighbors... they must be blind of they decline again!! I have sent in time stamped photos and videos plus weather reports for the date of hail for my house. Let's see if they can turn it around 🤞

Terrible experience. Sent a home inspector to my house unannounced, with no notice and on a holiday. I wasn’t home at the time and thought my home was being broken into and almost called the police. Then after I sent proof we got a new roof the company never reached out and raised my premium. Turns out they required an invoice showing paid which they never communicated. If I hadn’t called I would have never known what was going on. Communication is terrible this company should be investigated for deceitful business practices.

The company insured my house giving all information they asked for. Got decent coverage with lower premium than other companies. They sent a home inspector out to look at property and structures without an appointment. Got an email saying I had untreated raw wood and peeling paint from cedar shingles. Paint peeling was minimal and raw wood was trim work around garage which I replaced with pressure treated before I painted. Deck in back is natural to surrounding. Also have an RV motor coach which is insured. After speaking with customer service they will still cancel insurance because I am not replacing siding till spring and RV cannot be on property. Stay away from this company. Very bad to deal with. I even paid full premium before their email. Very pissed especially the rv status. Went with USAA and will not have a problem being insured with them.

This company has fake reviews, like on policygenius. Look harder and you will find the truth at trusted choice or trust pilot. They do nothing but the run around. I NOW HAVE TO GO TO THE INSURANCE COMMISION!!! Why? Because they refuse to give me the worksheets of an insurance claim. They offered a check for a fraction of the costs, but refuse to demonstrate how they arrived at it, and we all know why. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF AN INSURANCE COMPANY SENDS THEM, IMMEDIATELY ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ADJUSTER.

SageSure is deceitful via two examples I just experienced: 1. After I signed on with them, said there was another $200 charge that was for them to help shop for me for the best deal one year from now. Only after posting that in a review did a senior manager refund that. But then, #2, they had Millennium Information Services, Inc do a home inspection. They used The Go Solution and it was fraud: False reporting on my property - had wrong square footage, wrong type of siding, incorrect number of trees near my property, wrong assessment of granule sediment, false call on roof condition etc. Unbelievable!! "Inspector" didn't assess the rear side of the home because, "of privacy fence". One can easily see the roof over the fence. And (!) "didn't want to use satellite images because they were unclear". That would not be a valid way to assess a residential home and the condition of the roof, season of foliage, shingle assessment etc. Speaking of, "inspector" took photos from the public road by my home. You can't make an upclose assessment of shingles without handling one in your hands. I had a professional roofer of 40yrs do a hands-on assessment and he counters every comment made. I was not notified when this drive-by occurred, but since it was Aug, I had not done my annual trimming due to the heat. That part was easily corrected/done anyway weeks later. Everything else is 100% worthy of a lawsuit. I have photographs etc. The most unprofessional part of SageSure is that they weren't interested, changed focus on age (which was reported upfront) and shingles (countered). I even offered to hire a valid home inspector, and they scoffed. Is it not the main focus of an insurance company to collect and analyze the best information you can get in order to make the best insurance assessment? Don't you want more data for accuracy? Additionally, it was very confusing to deal with TGS Insurance (who recommended, then contracted them). They acted as a go-between and made it more difficult to communicate and get responses. Well- heed my advice. If I had to go through all of this just signing up, do you really think they are going to work with you in a claim on the most expensive thing you own??? Do not work with SageSure.
