Most dishonest insurance company company I ever dealt with. First they increase you home police by $3000 and forget to tell you about it. And when you cancel they do everything to delay on refund. They tell you that check will be out in 2-3 days. Then when you call again they tell you that maybe they forgot to send it. But this time they send it for sure and mailing will take 10- 14 days. They using your money for profit and will lie to customer as long as they can.

I attempted to bundle auto and car insurance with Geico. Geico rep quoted me for Sage Sure and was fully aware my home was built in 2006 and roof was original roof. Sage Sure took my annual premium at closing of property October 4. They did an inspection of exterior on October 8. I heard nothing until I received cancellation notice saying I will be cancelled Jan 13 because of age of roof. Seriously!!! Why in the world did they write the policy and take my money. I am now shopping new insurance and will be calling them daily for refund of unused portion of insurance.

This company started their policy for my house without my consent, signature or permission. I demanded that they close this fraudulent policy right the way. They sent me several emails that they did, however someone from their company contacted me again demanding that I let them in my house for inspection. I tried to call them to report that the fraud is still going on, they just hanged up on me. Be very very careful with this company

Like many other of the one star reviews here, SageSure has caused our family undue stress over a claim filed, denied and now they are saying they won't renew the policy because the inspector noticed damaged to our home during a his inspection visit. Of course there was damage, that's why I filed a claim! I took the loss after the claim denial and paid a contractor out of pocket to fix the damage a storm caused to our exterior siding since SafeSure denied the claim in full (saying damage was due to prior termite issue which I might add is a very generic unproven excuse which I now learned is one one their common reasons to deny claims.) I thought the worst was over until recently SageSure sent me a non renewal even after I submitted contractor invoices and photos of the completed repairs (that I paid for!). The whole experience is truly maddening and a waste of time. Long story short, save yourself money and headache and go with a different carrier. Buyer beware.

Terrible Company to Deal With! Too bad it's not possible to give a negative star review .. Sagesure Insurance Company would certainly get it from me! I suffered catastophic damage during Hurricane Beryl. My a/c system went out as well as fence posts broken, back porch ceiling fan arms snapped off. I have had 4 a/c companies out to my home and paid close to $ 1.5k attempting to get my air conditioning system running again. Sagesure initally denied my claim and asked for more information as to what happened that would cause my a/c unit not to work. I had the last company write up details regarding the power outages and surges here related to Hurricane Beryl. First a/c company out here advised a thermostat problem, I replaced at a cost of $ 375.00, second a/c company advised a control panel problem, I replaced at a cost of $ 655 plus service call of $ 200, third a/c company advised a wire on condenser unit was lose, service call cost $ 265. 4th company here I paid a service call to of $ 129 and they advised that a whole new furnace unit and possibly outside unit needed replacement. The blower motor was not working in the furnace and they were not able to test pressures on the outside unit until the furnace unit was replaced .. total cost to replace the furnace unit $ 4,330 and possible replacement of outside unit $ 6,500 .. in the meantime my adjuster called to say management was pushing back on covering my unit and then decided they needed to send their own a/c company out to look at my problem ... ok, fine that was three weeks ago .. I hear nothing from them and out of the blue they advise that my adjuster has changed to someone else who I have not heard word one from. So now I am sick due to the house being 85 degrees inside the house and living in these conditions ... a doctors visit, $ 133 worth of medications .. I am leaving on a month long vacation in a couple of days and will be sick a portion of that time and it would be at least 4 months without any resolution to my a/c issue if I left it up to Sagesure. I failed to mention when the a/c went out the unit was less than 10 years old. I am SICK of dealing with this Insurance Company .. Replacing the furnace unit at my own cost and then dumping this JUNK INSURANCE COMPANY !! They are WORTHLESS !!!! Beware when looking considering home insurance .. this company will fight you tooth and nail not to cover a stinking bit of your claim, they will jack you around until the cows come home!

IF I DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD NOT LEAVE ANY. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. THEY LIE, EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM. FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO UNDERWRITING. EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME TO DO IN ORDER TO REINSTATE MY POLICY WAS COMPLETE. I EVEN SPENT $300 TO GET SOMEONE ON MY ROOF IN THE RAIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE A STORM TO REMOVE A FIREPLACE FLUTE OFF MY ROOF!! THEY DROPPED ME RIGHT BEFORE A HURRICANE HIT LOUISIANA DIRECTLY AND LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS REQUIRED. EVERYTIME I SUMBITTED THE DOCUMENTS THEY "REQUIRED" SOMETHING DIFFERENT. SAVE YOURSELF SOME UNWANTED ANXIETY AND STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER ABOUT GETTING A REFUND OF THE MONEY I SPENT THAT I USED TO REINSTATE MY POLICY WHEN THEY WERE NOT GOING TO ANYWAY. THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD TO HUMAN LIFE AND HAS NO DECENCY. STAY FAR AWAY.

BEWARE OF SAGESURE! We signed up for insurance with Sagesure at our house in New Braunfels, TX. Shortly after we received a letter about needing railing for a small set of stairs on the back deck. Also there was a tree branch that needed to be removed (over the house). Took a few extra weeks on the tree trimming because of recent storm damage and nobody available. Spent $1100 on those items only to receive a letter that we were dropped... I need to send the $1100 bill to sagesure...
