Managing claims process is very efficient and timely
I had to open a claim for wind/hail & mold damage after Hurricane Beryl. It's my first time going thru this experience and the Sage Team has been fantastic to work with and very timely in their responses and scheduling. I'm currently completing home repairs and it's wonderful to know that I have excellent support from my home insurance company.

A hurricane did major damage to our…
A hurricane did major damage to our home in Houston last summer. Worst damage was to a tree that crushed our barn. I called the day after the storm and 3 days later a crew showed up to remove the tree, the adjuster showed up the same day. I was very pleased with the settlement, it was more than I expected.

Claim Processing
When I called first one of the representatives helped me to understand the process from a client's perspective. when I made my claim, the adjuster was very understanding and processed my claim in a timely manner and send the check after deducting my deductible.

Quick and Easy
The adjuster responded immediately to my online claim and visited my home at a time convenient to me. I provided an estimate for the repairs needed and received a response that the check was in the mail shortly after and for the full amount of the estimate minus my deductible.
