DO NOT USE any dentist that is run by Sage Dental! They run their offices like a fast food franchise. They have no customer service! Have called many times and no one ever answers to explain suspicious bills sent to me by them. If you submit a claim on your dental insurance they send the claim to your Health Insurance. And when the Health insurance denies payment they send you the bill. Additionally a nice young receptionist at the office told me. They will send you a bill regardless and if you pay it and the insurance company pays them. They will not reimburse you. Along with “useless junk fees” included in the bill. Their offices are riddled with disgruntled dentist because Sage treats them poorly. Their turnover for dentist who employ in there offices/dental practice is alarmingly high. Find a dental practice run by an actual dentist who cares about their patients. Sage Dental only sees you as a $ sign not a patient. Stay away!

After scheduling my first appointment Sage Dental Colony Plaza at The Villages, I received innumerous reminders by text and email, including a couple on the day of my appointment. However, when I showed up at the front desk, I was informed that my appointment "had to be moved up" and they could not contact me because there was a problem with my phone number, even though I had received messages from them reminding me of the appointment just a couple of hours before. The receptionist told me that the next available appointment would be a month away. They never told me the reason why my appointment was cancelled. Reading about other customers experiences, I'm thinking I was a lucky my experience with them ended before anything really bad happened. Should have read more reviews before scheduling my appointment!

Just put it this way a lack of communication between the dentist and the receptionist on my services that needed to be done. And still alack of communication with me.. and I still walked paying $1,200 for crown that didn't need to be crowned and the tooth that needed to be pulled didn't get a crown or an implant so I'm walking around with the tooth that's missing in the front of my teeth and a crown that doesn't match my color that didn't need to be crowned. Totally Wrong Doing ...

Steer Clear Of Sage Dental! They told me my Insurance would cover the work with the exception of my co-pay. But when the insurance company only covered a certain amount I paid the rest out of pocket, in advance. Each time I paid the out of pocket in advance. Then, once all the work was completed I received an additional bill of almost $600.00. Clearly this company is out to Rip-Off everyone. 99% of their reviews are a ONE!

Beware, I'm giving one star because of Pinecrest Sage billing practices. Sage Dental falsely charges for procedures not received. After viewing my last 2 billing statements, I was falsely charged for many procedures I didn’t receive, approx. $800-$1,000 falsely charged. Everyone should read Sage Dental (200+ negative reviews) It seems this is normal practice for Sage Dental. Everyone should ask questions before each procedure. Ask for printouts procedures and cost. They charge $215 for each antibiotics delivery for pockets, going rate with other Dentists is $35-$65 each delivery. I sent a letter to the CEO, no response. Now I’m filing complaints with the regulating authorities…and disputing false charges.

There have been 2 years since I left this dental company and yet they are making me feel so bad. Yesterday, I received an invoice for the services rendered on April 18, 2022 indicating that the insurance filed the claim. I contacted the insurance and they let me know that Sage is billing me because they submitted the invoice on August 2023, more than a year later. Of course they can't process the bill, because my new dental provider rendered the excellent service and used the balance of dental benefit. I am going to pay the invoice, but this delay negligent act to submit and invoice too late to the insurance is not my fault. I would never recommend this dental provider, not only for this incident, because they don't have consideration and compassion for the necessity to be attended when patients is suffering for any discomfort.

Very bad service and very expensive, I don't recommend it at all.

Les pondria 0 😡😡😡Arrepentida de a ver confiado en estas clinica. No me terminaron el tratamiento de invisaling.me quedo con una deuda y mi tratamiento no lo terminaron. Me trasladaron de una clinica ubicada en la 57 ave y 7stre empece mi tratamiento y luego que la clinica ya no tenian contrato que me trasladaron para Dental sage Kendall .llegue me atendieron despues de 45 minutos y me hicieron esperar 30 minutos mas dentro de la oficina para las medidas las cuales nunca se finalizaron por falta de communication de parte de la asistente Rita Claron y hoy 06/19/2024 llamo a Dental sage Kendall y la doctora Rita Claro ya no trabaja me quedo con una deuda y un tratamiento no lo finalizaron 😭😭😡😡no los recomiendo , lo unico que les importa es tu dinero.
