I made a huge mistake by going to sage dental. They gave me a quote of my treatment plan after consulting with my insurance company. Now they are finding that insurnace does not cover the benefit. Now they are asking me to pay for crown, which was not even needed. They also gave me some unnecessary products which I returned unopened. But they would not return my money. Staff was extremely rude and impolite. Doctor Lee, who put my crown did not take the sample property and my bite was totally out of sync. Then Dr. Patel spent 2 hours to fix it by grinidng the crown. I would never suggest anyone to go to sage dental. They do not care for their customers. They are rude and mean. I would never visit them again.

This dentist is the rudest dentist in the history of dentist s. She stole my money and ripped me off also. I'm on disability and my life is difficult enough, and then people like that treat me like crap and steal my money. That's a crime against the elderly and disabled.

I feel I am a victim of fraud. They tell me my State of Illinois retirement dental insurance is "high risk," so they require me to pay for everything up front, and that my insurance company will reimburse me. NEVER had this problem anywhere else. My insurance company states they never get a bill, and that it looks to them that they are WAY overcharging. Still waiting for my reimbursement checks for over the last 3 years? They like to list an overblown cost for a procedure, tell you you get a discount, then you find out the price you have to pay is still way too high. Just like going to a shady car dealer. I'm not letting them see this review because I still have to go in and have my implant, and they will hold it against me.

I feel betrayed by Sage Dental! I share the same feelings already shared by another customer, I just ordered a routine cleaning , but there office in the Jacksonville town center they started the service without explanation and cost, they even asked if I had images before or panoramic, since I am very careful with my teeth since ever my bite is perfect I just needed a routine cleaning. To summarize in the end they showed the bill and I asked for explanation and the officer was very rude avoiding give the details, my insurance company denied services provided but not required and became my responsibility to pay the bill. Be careful! Note as the same complaint below no image paper for the service not required charged provided.

Sage Dental is a SCAM! From rude and incompetent staff, to made up dental conditions you don’t have, to money you don’t owe. RUN away and find a nice, family owned dental office.

Showed up for my 15:00 appointment 20 minutes early, at 20 minutes after I left. Never called back or updated on my appointment status. Terrible, Terrible service. I wont be going back.
