The customer service and quality of the repair.

The experience was great because they did it really fast and they let me know when they received the package and when they sent it. The company always kept me informed

I liked the way that they got my seat belts repaired and got them back to me. This is my second time doing business with them and I am completely satisifed.

I got my retractable should harness back in less than 2 weeks and it works like new!

The driver side seatbelt tensioner on my 2001 Acura just wore out. Dealer couldn't source a replacement. I found Safety Restore on line and took the bull by the horns and a chance on SR. Dealer took the old unit out and shipped it to SR. SR did its thing. WOW! It really worked! Dealer was embarrassed. Gave me $1500 off my bill and a new Acura cap to boot. Happy Day in Texas thanks to Safety Restore!

Fast turn around time, worked flawlessly once installed.

The quick turn around for the new seatbelt webbing for my Mustang was as described in the company literature. The color that I chose from their online catalog was as described and I am completely satisfied.
