Terrible! They kept the airbag mode for 9 days even though it was done. They only sent it back because I called. Then they tried to get more money on an optional payment. Also who has ever heard of an optional payment?! If module needed anything extra they should call or communicate not just hold it. My sister had an issue with them a couple years ago. DO NOT USE THEM! Also the speed of shipment they used to return it was slower than stated on order.

BEWARE!!!! It's been a month since I sent my belts and they still haven't been done. They collected money on the first day of receiving. LIARS, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Sent these guys a airbag module and seatbelt to reset. The module was good but the seatbelt wasn't. Kept getting a code on the retractor. Tried calling them and they said leave a message. I tried to post on one of their Facebook groups called Salvage Car Forums but they screen their posts. I asked if anyone had issues with any of their service and the administrator there is named Safety Restore, he never let my post see the light of day. Just by them doing that tells me they are up to no good. BEWARE!

Service was absolutely HORRIFIC! After being told that the turn around time for my repair (2 seat belts and an SRS module reset) would be 24-48 hours, I received my equipment back after 2 WEEKS!! Also, the SRS reset the supposedly performed didn’t work and they seat me the wrong equipment back. BEWARE!

I read all kinds of good reviews, but sadly was not my experience. I was quoted a price on resetting my airbag module, paid it, and then later was asked for more (not impressed), which I also paid. After waiting over two weeks for their 24hr turn around, I reinstalled it only to get the same error message. When I asked why, they told me to reset the codes with an ODBII scanner (which luckily I had, but no codes, just the same error (airbag light blinking 16). Again I told them it wasn’t working and they said too bad, must be something else. They couldn’t be less interested after they got their money plus more.
