Incompetent to the definition. I ordered frames and followed instructions on the website. I received an email asking for the PDs for the prescription. I provided the PDs AGAIN and let the rep know it is written on the script I provided at the time of the order. I then started receiving emails asking for the PDs (11 in total). I called customer service 2 times to see if they've received the PDs and both reps confirmed they did and would stop the emails. That didn't happen. I received another email just over a week after the order stating they do not have the frames with a generic "sorry for the inconvenience". I expect a generic response to this review as well. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT COMPANY. This was a couple weeks ago and I wasn't going to leave a review until yesterday I received spam from a company that they use to make the payment. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT ORDER FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

Fake company. Will not refund my money

Pretty sure this is not a real company. Tried spending $500+ with them and given the run around for over 6 weeks. Their company doesn’t exist at their provided address 10899 Kinghurst Dr Suit # 245 Houston, TX 77099 They answer their phone 1 out of 10 times at a foreign call center and do not return emails. They would not fulfill my order for my wildland firefighting crew, required extra authorization due to “size of my order.” Probably a trap to easier steal my money without being caught? I could not provide extra authorization in time because of traveling and working in wilderness with no connection. Got back and dealt with the foreign call center who reinitiated my order then lost it. Called back few weeks later (over 6 weeks from original order) and escalated to some hick manager who claimed to be a U.S. employee. Offered zero solutions, who took no responsibility, and would not complete my order. Total amateurs - terrible customer service, got emotional and threatened to blacklist me for raising hell about their dysfunction. These guys are struggling

If I could give a zero I would. Took a month to recieve the prescription safety glasses. Frames are too small and progressions are too far up the lenses.

I ordered steps for sports glasses that were great and in a timely fashion. Positive experience……

Been about a month and still nothing. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Will never buy from them again. Would have been better off just buying frames and having a local eyewear place do the lenses. Ordered bifocals at same time locally and have been using them weeks by now.

They process your order and accept payment while knowing the product is on backorder. Do not order from these crooks

Horrible service. 5 business days and my boot order is still processing. Even though website claimed the product was in stock it was not. So have to wait for manufacturer to send product to SGP. Then for SGP to send to me sometime in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
