Do NOT use this service it is a SCAM! I sold an Instagram page and the buyer suggested using this service for payment. They were great to work with until it came time to receive my money. I gave them my bank information two weeks ago and still have not received payment. Now they have locked me out of my account and won’t respond to my emails or chat messages. I should have known better, don’t let this happen to you.

We would like to clarify this situation. At the time of this transaction, we were actively working on processing the withdrawal. Since the payout method selected was a bank transfer and the beneficiary bank was located in India, the process required additional verification and processing time. International bank withdrawals can take longer due to compliance checks and intermediary banking procedures. During this period, instead of allowing the process to be completed, the client proceeded to recover all associated accounts, which directly interfered with the transaction and prevented us from finalizing the withdrawal smoothly. We always aim to complete every transaction securely and transparently. Delays related to international banking are beyond our direct control, but funds were being handled according to standard procedure. Kind Regards, SafestMM

I tried to sell an account through these crooks. An account that had 350k followers, I accepted an offer for $40,000 as I was happy with that… thought these guys were legit but guess I was wrong for trusting them. Both the buyer and these guys started ignoring my messages on the same day! Every time I message these scammers “safestMM” the messages get deleted pretty fast and they appear offline instantly soon as i message. It’s now been 25/26 days and still nothing.. if you aren’t going to send me my $40,000 I would like the account back. I’m happy to wait a few more days to see if somehow you are “legit” and then I’ll be taking legal action.

I used this escrow service expecting a safe and reliable transaction. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. After giving all the login details as I was request did not receive the service I was promised, and communication from the company was extremely poor. I repeatedly tried to contact them for updates and support, but there was no response . In the end, I lost my digital asset and never received my funds . Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service to others.

Hi, We’ve thoroughly reviewed your claim and found no record in our system matching the situation you described. There is no account under your name. In addition, your review contains no identifying details—no email address, no transaction ID, nothing that allows us to verify who you are or assist further. Please note that we also reached out to you via Trustpilot and requested additional information, but you did not provide any. Without verification, we are unable to investigate or resolve your claim. If you are genuinely facing an issue, we encourage you to contact us directly through email or live chat and include your account details. Until then, posting vague and unverified statements does not reflect reality and only misleads others. — SafestMM Team
