Paid over $3,900.00 for two Go Carts, I get a call two weeks after full purchase was made to be told they didn't have it in stock and wouldn't be getting them in stock, it has almost been a month and still no refund to my credit card, called 5 days ago, they said credit would be made any day now. I will be turning this company in to the BBB and I want my money returned I will never do business with this company and I warn anyone who does. Buyer beware....

I purchased (financed) a golf cart May 16th and informed it would be 4-5 week back order. 1st thing I received the invoice over priced which they did fix, then my 4 weeks turned into 16 weeks. So I spent 3 months making payments & interest on something I didn't even have. Roger would always say he would call me with updates I would have to call in to find out my own updates. I made calls in to CS and sent support tickets and 1 time in 16 weeks I received a return call from Bob who was nice and Bob is the only reason I left the 1 Star.. I finally got the good news my product was shipping come to find out they had that messed up too ;( Cart in a 1000lb. crate ended up getting dropped off in my driveway and was suppose to be shipped to a business that had a fork truck. I had a 1000 lbs. of parts that come with no instruction manual how to put it together. We removed all the parts and inspected to find several that were damaged or scratched badly. They told me to email support with the request on the manual and that system was down too. Oh my gosh what a nightmare... Today I submitted a ticket for the damages I hope to have these matters resolved quickly. I'm concerned because of the experience I have had so far and hope that safer wholesale with take care of this situation and live up to there name (safer wholesale) because this has been a scary experience. I can't forget to mention Jerardo is the worst unprofessional human I have ever spoke to. He is spoken of many times on the bad reviews on the internet I don't know how he has a job in speaking to customers. You apparently don't leave the bad reviews on your website because this is not what you see on the internet. There are pages and pages of bad reviews and Jerardo is mentioned several times.

Absolutely no support after purchase, the videos to help you put your utv together are a joke. STAY AWAY unless you like stress and frustration, then this is the place for you!

Absolute garbage company. These people will straight up lie to you over and over and over and over again. Go check other review sites before making any purchases because it looks a lot like they paid some people to come say nice things about them on this site. Every other review site shows the real story. These arsholes will lie to your face, never follow through on what they "promise" and most importantly, they're products and customer service is absolute sheit.

Their website lists a "12000 Watts 135 Amp" solar powered system which includes two small solar panels, two 12V batteries, an inverter and a charge controller. Don't be fooled by these people. The price is a whopping $2,699.95! You could easily purchase the individual components for a fraction of this cost. They're completely lying about the output at (an incredible) 12 Kilowatts. Google "12 kilowatt generator" if you want to see something that actually produces that much power. The maximum power you get from two 100W solar panels is... wait for it... 200W. Add to this, their charge controller has a maximum of 400W output so you can't even add lots more solar panels to reach that mythical 12 kilowatts. I contacted sales and they basically just shrugged.

They toke my 4,000.00/I never received everything in order so what I received don't do me any good theybqont refund my money or send me the rest of what I purchased the lie cheat and steal its happened to thousands do your homework first they are horrible
