SaferwholesaleReviews of saferwholesale.com

Do not i repeat do not order anything from this company. They were so nice till they get your money, they told me 7 to 10 buisness days and im going on 13 and still waiting. Going to the bbb and posting on social media . Read the reviews before you buy, i wished i did.

First I was told assembly on the moped I bought was easy- attach the handle bars and seat. No, it wasn't not- spent 6 hours attaching those, plus wheels, plus faceplates and other assorted parts. No assembly instructions, only a parts book written in badly translated English. Even stickers on the moped are misspelled. Then I was told 10 days to 2 weeks delivery. No, it was more than 3 weeks before I got it. Once assembled, it repeatedly died while driving. Then, I went to DMV to register it. I was never told that I needed to fill out a form from SaferWholesale, and only then would I receive the proper documentation in 1-2 weeks to register this. I want to return because it is very poor quality in addition to all these issues. I am told I have to pay 25% restocking fee and shipping. If I return, I will be out $500 and no moped. Horrible experience and I will tell everyone I can about this company poor product and customer service.

BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY FROM @SAFERWHOLESALE I USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE THINKING I WOULD BE SAFE YOU'RE NOT!!? I NEGOTIATED A TRIKE, A TRUNK $49.95,MSO/TITLE $49.95, FULLY ASSEMBLED $200,WARRANTY $149.95) It took a long time to get the TRIKE, when I called to ask why, I was told the delay was due to the TRIKE being ASSEMBLED. WELL, I DID NOT RECEIVE A FULLY ASSEMBLED TRIKE. I called @SaferWholesale & they knew IT WASN'T assembled & they KNEW I'd have NO HELP from my CREDIT CO {I HAVE A CHAT SCREENSOT) Because @SAFERWHOLESALE lumped the COSTS together (Trunk Assembly, MSO/TITLE, Warranty) ON THE BILL OF SALE, THE CREDIT CARD WILL NOT HELP ME GET A REFUND!!!!! IF YOU DO PURCHASE FROM @SAFERWHOLESALE make sure you MAKE THEM ITEMIZE ON THE BILL OF SALE or YOU WILL LOSE! I ALSO THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING AN AMERICAN TRIKE-WRONG! IT IS MADE IN CHINA! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY HAVE YOU!

Stay away from this company, bad customer service, they ship damaged products, cheap products and shipping takes for ever because it comes from china when they claim it’s from their warehouse, just stay away before they steal your money.

Received golf cart with bad battery. So I replaced battery myself and they only credited back $35. Very disappointed with overall experience, very poor customer service.

Awful company. I paid in full $3750, 6 months ago for a carport. I have maintained contact and received nothing but excuses. No reduced cost, no refund, no product, no carport.

Despite the reviews I took a chance and made a deal on a quad then ask how to finance it they laughed and said they could not do that if I was willing to finance I was willing to pay full price so like a dummy I did and then everything went through got a receipt couldn't get a tracking number for the longest time roughly three and a half weeks unbelievably rude service couldn't find my order finally they gave me a tracking number which didn't show up for over 2 days and expected delivery which they lied about several different times is almost one month to the day I have not received the product yet I'm scared to find out what I'm going to get good luck stay away never by anyting from them ever sincerely Lonnie

First, if you decide to do business with this company, be prepared to get scammed. Use Google to read reviews from the BBB and others. Also, this company was sued by the Attorney General of Illinois in 2015 for fraudulent and deceptive practices. Look it up. Here is a brief description of my experience: I googled the model # of a Dual Purpose motorcycle I wanted looking for the best buy. "DB-41H-250 motorcycle". There was a link to SaferWholesale with the bike priced at $1479. It was label as a "Saber DB-41H-250". I purchased it using my Credit Card (ALWAYS use a Credit Card in case of problems down the line) and was issued a receipt on the website and email. The following day I received a voicemail from SaferWholesale to contact them about shipping. I called and was told the bike was not listed on their website and how did I order it. I told the person I had used Google and he did the same search finding the link to the bike. He then told me they could not sell me the bike because it didn't exist on their website. I asked him, "If it doesn't exist how did I manage to pay for it and get a receipt?". He was flustered and handed the phone to another person. It was the owner, Gary Briden. Mr. Briden said they could send the same bike but the name had changed to the Hawk 2. I agreed to this. What's the difference in a name change, I thought? Well, they also charged me an additional $125 and sent me a different receipt. I did NOT authorize a $125 charge to my CC. This was a classic Bait & Switch tactic which they are known for. I contacted my CC company and a dispute has been filed. SaferWholesale even shipped the bike after my dispute was filed. They did have the shipment turned around before it was delivered to me. Now I wait for a full refund. You need to protect yourself from these con artists. Here's how I did it: 1- Pay by Credit Card (NOT Debit or bank draft) 2- Screenshot ALL info of the transaction - website page w/ price, pictures, receipt, etc. 3- Save emails and voicemails. Contact should be done by email for printed proof. 4- File a complaint with the BBB. They seem to respond to complaints. 5- File a complaint w/ the Attorney General of Illinois. Google it to get the website. It takes a little time and you can upload all the info to them. They have several cases on SaferWholesale at this point. 6- Be patient. We need to get crooks like these out of business....... FOREVER!!!! Best advice is to NOT BUY FROM THEM, PERIOD.
