SaferwholesaleReviews of saferwholesale.com

I have been waiting on my title that was mailed out on 7/3/2020, today is 7/172020 and I have not received it. I contacted safer Wholesale and had the unfortunate luck to reach a rep named Geraldo, at least that's the name he gave me, he was the rudest individual I have ever come across. He over talked me, interrupted me and called me a douche bag. I thought it was a joke. I asked his title and he kept saying ask your question lady. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..Not because of the product but because they have bottom of the barrel customer service. He was so bad I used a curse word after is last words to me were...Bye Felicia .... NEVER BUY HERE.

Worst company I have bought something from yet alone spending $3000 on worthless atvs that dont work.. very ignorant customer service. The parts department named jon I believe has such a shiity attitude and makes it seem like it's your fault when in fact t the atvs fall apart as soon as you ride them.. the one month warranty is worthless.. they make you pay more upfront to get anything done.. I will wait to see if the atv works after they stuck me for another 200 dollars saying the motor is no good..there is 2 people in the show room with no clue as to what's going on.. I am going to secretary of state police and bbb and will see if there is a lemon law for atvs if atv still doesn't work. They are running a huge scam and it's not fair for them to do it.. I was one of the fools who didnt stay away considering they have awful reviews. Please do not purchase a thing here. You will regret it..

Worst company to talk too. Tried to order a $5,000 4 wheeler and they said they did not have it in stock and would be a month before it came in. I said that is fine and I can wait. They put me on hold. About 10 minutes later another picked up the phone so I told them the same. I can wait month. Put me back on hold. I wasn't busy so I set the phone down and they left me there 40 minutes. Why not make a sale if you can make a sale?

All the good reviews are by company staff or are by companies who you pay to write good reviews. Look at them and how corny and stilted they sound. Then look at the bad reviews and look how realistic they are. This company is a SCAM.

This is the worst company to ever deal with. Recently bought a 3-wheel motorcycle car and they sent the wrong color. Not only that, it was dented and had rust spots all over it. They refused to take it back or even try to make it right. Now they say they don't sell the parts nor can they get them. Their staff is very rude, puts you on hold for hours so they don't have to deal with you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCANDALOUS COMPANY! You'll be very sorry you ever did!!!

i was delivered a 4x4 may 27 which was four weeks later than i was promised. the driver unloaded it and it would not run. i checked it and it did not have a battery. i have no manual or paper work of any kind. I have been trying to speak to someone but after several trys I give up I would never buy anything from wholesaler again. the only reason i bought this thing is my wife and i are both in a wheel chair that doesn't matter but this is a really bad company

If no stars was an option I would do that. They are FRAUDS stay away!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a go kart and they sent wrong one and a lot of missing parts, broken parts. Called and they were the most rude people I have ever dealt with. Do not and I repeat do not do business with them. They will take your money and then treat you like a pos. I was going to buy another go kart from them but after this they can go f$&k themselves.
