Ordered a motorized Dewey. It came with no instructions or manual. When I called Saferwholesales I was told that the Dewey wasn't even made to have a motor on it..... Now how would a person reply to that? I give them a 9.....out of a possible 100. A joke.

Ordered a trailer dolly and paid in full December 10 with them saying it was in stock and would be received in 8-15 business days. After a month I tried to track my package and called a couple times never getting anywhere, finally 41 days later I got ahold of a manager. I was told by a employee that my order was sitting on the loading dock right at that moment (what a coincidence after 41 days🤔) I told them to cancel my order and refund me, but the manager said it was too late and was being sent, if I wanted to return it after it showed up, I could pay for shipping and stocking fees. After I told him to just cancel it, he said to F off and I will lose this battle because this happens to them all the time. Still don’t have the item and wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! Also, turns out they lost their BBB standing 2 years ago because of customer service. Never again!

I hope no on ever goes through what I have. I paid $5700 for my golf cart and it still will not run after 3 years. I had to get new batteries and it still won’t run for more than 2 miles. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Be careful! Fraudulent!!!

I also ordered an electric Chinese motorcycle. I tried to track order.no luck. I also think this is a scam site. I am gonna call the u.s. Attorney General. This seller.website. is stealing.

Be aware. This place may be a scam. I ordered a forklift from them for $1,099. They called on the phone wanted an additonal $100 for delivery. They charged the card about three weeks ago and was never seen again. No order confirmation, no tracking information, nothing. I emailed them for an update three times. Never got a reply. I tried to call them they said I needed an order confirmation number, but they never gave me one! So almost a month and no forklift, which I need urgently now. I'm going to have to call my bank and dispute this charge! :(

I purchased a fencing system with no issues. Arrive, good shape. All good. Went to reorder another gate, order placed. 5 weeks later called looking for status, will call me back, never did. called again, order is on backlog for 12 weeks. No call. Asked for mfg #, they hung on me. Called the mgr. He hung on me. Called back, asked for the mfg #, gave me the wrong #. Won't respond. Terrible customer service...never going back.

Purchased a golf cart from this company that had a front wheel break off while going up a hill. Luckily wasn't seriously injured. They told me to contact Club Car, so I did. Based on pictures, CC engineers said the cart was modified incorrectly and that a poor quality aftermarket lift kit was installed. Told Saferwholesale this and provided pictures, they said it's "not their problem" and hung up on me after leaving me on hold 10 minutes.

Worst experience ever...told 5-10 days for delivery....took TWO MONTHS...and it showed up broken. Tried to get help via their “support” page. Guy I spoke to seemed mad I was even talking to him Never use them....EVER
