Bought a utv in 2021 That was great until it wasn't. Now I can't find parts for it. Every time I would call, email, anything they were rude, condescending and NO HELP at all. THIS IS A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!! NO ONE HAS PARTS!!

Check your email receipt delivery will be for 3931 squaw valley Rd McCloud,CA.96057 . I stated several times in Mancelona, Michigan. My CU and Police Officer got involved. I believe this an attempted scam from someone to redirect a $1450.00 product over internet from Chicago,Ill. The delivery address was changed w/new receipt on email. Officer report made . We purchased a $15,000 golf cart and the issues have been endless. We are now having to involve our company attorney, thankfully the golf cart is in the company name so we can involve them. The golf cart was dropped off with keys locked inside the vehicle. We had to call a locksmith to open. When we got into the cart we noticed that the drivers side door lock was broken and there is no way to open the door from the inside. We then tried to start the vehicle and no power. We charged for 24hrs and still nothing. We are being told its either a battery issue or electrical problem. We have a worthless piece of junk and SaferWholesale.com said send in inquiry online and someone will reach out. No response and a dead vehicle we can't do anything with. Now we need to proceed to litigation to get any response.

Found item listed on their site. Put it in my cart on the page...it seemed sketchy so I called them....3 different times. Each person I talked to said they don't have the item. They talk to you like some low level craigslister. AVOID SKETCHY AF

I ordered two ATVs and paid $400 to have them assembled. They called me 2 weeks later to tell me they couldn't assemble them before delivery. Then they were delivered stacked on top of each other so one has a bent frame and I had to hire moving company to move the top box to the ground. They told me assembly would be a breeze which was a big lie. I had to hire someone and it took a full day. I basically flushed $7,000 down the toilet.

I PURCHASED AN OUTDOOR SAUNA LISTED FOR $2200 SPECIAL. AFTER A WEEK THE ORDER WAS NOT PROCESSED! I CONTINUE TO CALL AND STILL THE ORDER WASNT PROCESSED. AFTER WAITING A WEEK, I CANCELED THE ORDER. We appreciate the clients effort to bash our company regarding his experience at Saferwholesale; however his review is grossly inaccurate in comparison to what actually occurred. This client ordered a sauna on 2/7/2021 and he was billed at the time of placing the order. He decided to cancel the order, which is no issue and we have clear procedures for this posted on our website and on our sales contract; however the issue is that the sauna was already packed and shipped on the way to the client by the time we were notified of the cancellation request. According to the client he claims he called & attempted to cancel the order prior to it shipping, so because of his alleged cancellation request, we agreed to cancel the order without any restocking fees. The only fee charged to the client was the actual freight cost of shipping to his area and back to Chicago. Note that if we were in fact notified by the client to cancel this order it would not have shipped, period. It's imperative to understand that it would not be in ours or our clients best interest to release the shipment if they were not going to accept it due to this exact scenario outlined here. Please also keep in mind the size of this purchase (Large Outdoor 4-5 Person Sauna, 7 Large Boxes on 1 Oversized Pallet, Nearly 900LBS) and the cost of shipping with UPS Freight from Chicago to his location near the West Coast is very costly which is another reason we allowed the cancellation without any restocking fees and only shipping fees. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. They do not keep their word, was promised a full refund, including shipping and restocking because it was their flyer that was misrepresented. We only bought the trailer dolly because on the flyer it stated it would pull our trailer. When we received the trailer almost 3 months later it didn't move it at all. We called and asked what we were doing wrong and the gentleman said " that specific dolly is too small for your trailer, the flyer isn't correct and needs to be modified." We sent it back and We got the refund but it was short $326. I called and talked to multiple gentleman and they all assured me it was their fault and they would make it right. I called today and the man I talked to was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wouldn't let me talk and every time I tried too he would talk over me. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them.

Buy from someone else. 3 months have passed and I still don't have a title. Not a professional company and plan to be on hold for an extended time.
