Don't use it if you have to move fast.
Safely is not built for serious furnished rental businesses. If you can afford to wait more than 3-5 days for screening results then this company's offerings are suitable. We were told some screeners can take weeks to come back. This is AFTER you've already charged your guest money. If they cancel you're on the hook for the processing fees from the card provider. I will most likely update this review to be less crucial after Safely gives us explanation on why we are not receiving the output in service they advertise.
