I highly recommend Safelink because I love what this company stands for. We live in a time where having access to phone service isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. These are things often taken for granted by those who haven’t experienced such roadblocks. Thanks to Safelink, I’ve been able to get back on my feet and begin rebuilding my life. Once I achieve financial security, I plan to upgrade my plan for more data, but I will remain a loyal member because of the impact this company had on my life when I needed it most.

Service is grate no dropped calls data speeds is decent and they give you more data then the competition and unlimited talk and text plus 10gb high speed data and 2g speed after that overall customer service is good too though you may have to call a few times but other then that it a very good service for free they also replaced my phone free of charge and gave me a decent one I almost always have full bars too

I'm really not sure why they are reviewed so badly. I am in a situation where I could not otherwise have a phone or Internet right now and we all know that everything you have to do is web based nowadays. I have used their services for over a year now and even though I have needed to contact customer service a couple of times, they were very helpful and solved the issues quickly. Also even though I have a lower end phone I've had no issues with coverage. For someone in a temporary bad financial position this is a great company to use.

I've been using Safelink for years. I've always had phones that are a step behind the most up to date. But I don't care. I have phone service that wouldn't have otherwise. I've never had a complaint about the quality of the calls. Years back I only had 300 minutes a month for talking AND texts. And it took a minute for each incoming and outgoing text. I still didn't complain. The only complaint I did have was in having no recourse with spam callers before I had a smart phone. That sucked. But I don't think the system supports anything less than smartphones now. I would suggest this service provider to anyone who's low income and wouldn't have a phone and service otherwise 😊

Took 2 minutes to fill out the application and get approved. Received the phone in less than a week. Took 2 minutes to activate the phone. The phone works great, better than expected. Wish it came with more than 350 minutes but I can't complain. I liked that I could use my own phone which other companies don't allow.

Only two people I have talked to get this accomplishment,one I gave a good rating and a Manager. I had phone issues I didn't know it was the service at first so I let the BBB handle it. Only way to fix a technical problem. If anyone has this problem or any problem with Safelink and cannot solve it call the Better Business Bureau.

Great customer service. I recommend.
