Used to work, but not so much anymore. Administration not answering promptly (or at all sometimes), Tracking info not working... Last parcel (2 monthes of delay) finaly arrived...

I have placed 2 previous orders and not had a problem BUT this 3rd order has been frustrating, i received a short supply I have been trying for 3 days to get a reply, or even an scknowledgment NOTHING I tried the live chat and made the mistake of saying it was about the short supply Immediatly the live chat went dead I dont know why for such a small sum they are creating such a bad reputation

I placed an order with them on July 31, paid $249 on August 1, and still have not received neither my order nor a refund. They do not respond to my inquiries either. I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from them!

This review is for the dot com website, not sure if there is a difference but they look identical. Good customer service, there was a massive delay in my order and they went out of their way to make things right. If your going to shop from sgp expect long wait times as it sits in Mumbai for a while, then it has to pass customs, so expect 3-4 week shipping times. Product is quality and a great place for those who might have lost health insurance due to the pandemic, but plan ahead seeing as there are long shipping times. I plan on shopping again with sgp.com

I have ordered from Safe Generic Pharmacy for the last couple of years. They are wonderful and my orders have been perfect. It may take a little longer than expected due to shipping overseas but they provide tracking. Just don’t wait until you run out to order!
