I have used SGP since 2021. They have never failed to send what I ordered, and fast, too considering it comes from India. It's always gotten here in 3 weeks or slightly less; communication is excellent as well. They'll replace your order if you for some reason don't get it; I'm sold on Safe Generic Pharmacy, they've literally saved my life a couple of times now.

Was able to contact via phone the SGP rep in the US, who confirmed the processing of the specific drug I wanted (Vidalista), which comes from India. I was told originally it would take 4 weeks, but I received exactly what I ordered (the best price on the web i could find btw), in 3 weeks! A very satisfied customer who will reorder when needed. I have had 4 successful orders with SGP so thought I owed them a positive review. My last order was made on 27/12/22 & received on 5/1/23 so a very happy customer. One of the orders I mistakenly left USA as the country on the address & it bounced around the US for a couple of days but still ended up at my address in UK. Always reliable delivery. This company ships your order within two business days. PayPal is accepted, so there are no worries about handing your CC number off to a third party. I've used this company over 6 years, and have been satisfied with the products. Shipping to the US does take 30 days or more, depending how long it is "lost" at the customs processing center. (Chicago customs can lose your package for quite some time!)

Payment by PAYPAL and credit card I requested a REFUND since 4 months, The package is returned to supplier, (cause never arrived to destination) NO RESPONSE PLEASE RESPOND, and VALIDATE THE REFUND. By phone : Impossible to contact Safe Generic Pharmacy On the web site (with online chat) : they respond and ask to RESEND the package, IMPOSSIBLE to confirm the refund By emails to support and admin emails : NO RESPONSE IT IS NOT NORMAL. I spend $300 on very critical drugs, but they never send me the medication. After 5 emails and 3 months had passed, absolutely no reply. These people are unethical.

My package finally arrived. For some reason it took longer than usual to ship this, but customer service diligently acted upon it and I now have the product with me... I'm happy and do recommend it
